Small works with big personalities.

Part of the In Print Series, Fish Notes combines painting, collage, and newspaper collected from my hometown in Maine.

Each fish begins with layers of color, texture, and printed stories. Pieces of those original stories still peek through, becoming part of the finished work. The result is less about documenting a fish and more about place, memory, and the stories we bring to what we see.

Named after influential women artists, each Fish Note is a small original work that celebrates both observation and interpretation.
